ASSIST needed an upgrade from Drupal 7 to 9 on a tight budget.
Volunteers had been keeping the site running and were in the process of decoupling a CiviCRM instance from the website itself.
We helped by upgrading the site so that it looks and feels just like the old one. This involved recreating the theme, as well as migrating al the content.
